Sooae brings warmth, joy, and intention into everything she creates. Her approach is rooted in listening to the body, following curiosity, and honoring what feels energizing and alive. She believes life unfolds most beautifully when we allow ourselves to move with ease, presence, and trust.

Sooae leads yoga and movement-based classes that invite strength, flow, and connection. At Soulie Retreat, she creates a space that feels welcoming, playful, and deeply nourishing — inviting guests to soften, reconnect, and rediscover what lights them up, leaving feeling lighter, more grounded, and genuinely refreshed.
